This is a fantastic hotel! The location is great, one minute away from the metro 5 station. Or you can walk to the Plaza Major in 10-15 minutes. The hotel is big, renovated and very clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. We got a great lunch box for our early flight and a taxi reservation. The room is big, new, with a very comfortable bed, and very clean. Breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of variety and everything was very tasteful

A great place to stay in Madrid! The location is perfect - can easily walk everywhere and there are a lots of bus stops and a metro station nearby. There was also a lot of cafes, restaurants, and a grocery nearby. The room was great, too - very clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos! The room was on the first floor (so no stairs). It was very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Water pressure and the hot water in the bathroom was also excellent. Shampoo and body wash was also provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or reheat leftovers (however, there was no microwave). The wifi was excellent. The host, Omar was also super nice and helpful. He was responsive to our queries and requests. He gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Will definitely come back!
